Casual | Ritual Circle offers an informal setting for individuals keen on fostering connections through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.

We convene every other Thursday, alternating between the 'Casual' and 'Ritual' experiences. During the 'Casual' sessions, we engage in a feminine flow practice, gathering to share insights based on group prompts or themes.

Conscious Connection

This circle experience aims to cultivate a conscious connection within our community. Through guided prompts designed to encourage vulnerability, intimacy, and understanding, we will embark on a journey of deeper interpersonal exploration and connection.

What to Bring:

- Come casual, as you are. Feel free to bring any blankets or pillows to keep the vibes cozy.

As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:

+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
