Chakra Spin is a movement meditation where we explore somatic processing through the rhythms and sensations of the body. We use dance movement to first move energy up and out for the first half of class and then through the art of Non-Linear Movement Method, we drop down and inward into the body, activating the energy of our central channel to encourage balance within our chakra system.
