Chakra Breath & Tapping into Divine Rhythm
This is a special two-part breathwork experience, combining the powerful transformation of the Chakra Breath and sensing your connection to the Divine Rhythm of the Cosmos.
Connecting to Divine Rhythm is a meditation practice that is the remembering of the primordial sound of all that is. It is the rhythm of sound, of nature, of stars being born, of the blood that runs through our veins, and the breath that moves through our lungs. Creating and sensing your connection to Divine Rhythm is an attunement to our true nature, one of love, play, and peace.
Chakra Breath is a powerful breathwork journey intended to recalibrate, release, and move stagnant energy in the seven main Chakras. Breathwork is a highly potent healing practice, one that is often underutilized. This particular breathing style allows us to access deeper parts of ourselves, fully oxygenate the body, and cultivate space and awareness for powerful breakthroughs.
The duo of these two experiences is a journey returning home.
What to Bring:
~ dress comfortably and in layers
~ floor mat or whatever is comfortable for floor laying,
~ a blanket to support temperature shifts as you move energy
~ water to drink
~ journal and writing materials
