Casual|Ritual: Exploring Anger

  • Guided Place | Kozy 213 Pearl Street New Albany, IN, 47150 United States (map)

Casual | Ritual Circle is an informal gathering for those interested in connecting through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.

We meet every other Thursday, rotating between the experiences as “casual” and “ritual”. During the “Casual” experience, we welcome an informal, loose structure, feminine flow where we gather, share, and witness.

Sometimes there is guided meditation, journal prompts, or sharing - but mostly, we come to connect, to release, to support one another.

February Casual Circle:
Exploring Anger
This women's circle will center around the experience of exploring anger and our relationship to it. We will deep dive through journaling, group sharing, and somatic movement practice.

What to Bring:

- Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in as we explore somatic practices

- Please bring a journal or something to write on and with
- Please bring a mat, blanket, or anything that makes you feel comfortable for floor sitting/lying.

As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:

+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.

This event is $10. Please RSVP here

If you feel called to join, we meet at 6:30-8:00 pm at KOZY on Pearl Street in New Albany. Come Casual. Come as you are.
