We are thrilled to welcome back Catherine of Cat and Owl Alchemy as she leads the group in a nourishing sound bath. Enjoy the experience of being immersed in sound as crystal bowls tuned to a variety of healing frequencies are played while you lay or sit comfortably.
What to Bring:
please bring blankets, pillows, yoga mats, or whatever will make you feel most comfortable while lying or sitting to experience the bowls
