Join Erica Sartini-Combs for a soulful journey through movement meditation, where we invite balance into our systems and explore the depths of our feminine energy. Chakra Spin is where we come together to honor our bodies, unleash our power, and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves.

This signature approach begins with the captivating rhythms of pop music, guiding us into an intuitive dance session that allows us to channel and release our energy while fully embracing the expressive essence of our being. We invite you to feel the rhythm and let it move through you as you liberate any stagnant energy, freeing yourself from the stresses and tensions of daily life. Release, rejuvenate, and embrace the joy of movement, all while surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded women.

After an invigorating dance experience, we introduce the art of non-linear movement, a guided method designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery. We will explore organic movement, and embrace fluidity as you tap into the unique pathways of your own being. We will then end with a lengthy rest period to integrate the shifts you have created for yourself. This practice cultivates a profound sense of embodiment, welcoming access to the wisdom of our bodies, and deepens our connection of mind, body, and spirit.

-Dress for movement (standing, floor work, and lying down)
