A personalized, gentle, relaxing session guiding you into deeper consciousness. This session allows you to establish more harmony in each energy center and invites access to Kundalini, the pure life force energy of the soul that is found at the base of your spine. During this session, the client is receiving while lying face down on a Reiki table.

A certified practitioner uses Aura-Soma energy vials and color-light therapy to work through the subtle anatomy energy centers along the spine of your bareback. This treatment ends with crystals placed along the spine and a grounding technique to assist in your integration of the energy.

In this session, we combine ancient Chinese traditional practice with Aura-Soma Color Light Therapy. Our process honors the Bagua (eight trigrams) in the Earlier Heaven arrangement, representing the ideal state of harmony in the Universe, where Yin and Yang are perfectly balanced. This session is a tool to decondition and return to the energetic state of your Incarnation.

I will provide practical information and tools based on these aspects of your chart. This session is a great first step into the lens of Human Design, helping create awareness of aligned energetic use and decision-making.

a session to guide you into a nervous system reset

We will first work to learn about your specific nervous system patterning through your ability to titrate the system and map the channels of awareness. Honoring your unique system, we will encourage the body to resource and release held energetics.

This experience is much like an active guided meditation. While I offer supportive prompting, your nervous system is the guide and we only act in ways that support your body’s language and instincts.
