    This session offers a soul-led experience to help you access deeper self-awareness, realign with your full potential, and illuminate the path ahead.

    Aura-Soma is a living energy system that harnesses the vibrational power of color, plant, and crystal energies to support expanded consciousness and holistic well-being. At the heart of this system are the Equilibrium bottles—dual-colored combinations of living frequencies that act as mirrors to the soul. The colors you are drawn to reveal not only who you are but also where your greatest potential for transformation lies.

    During this session, you will be guided to intuitively select four Equilibrium bottles, each offering unique insight into your current journey. Through reflective discussion, we will explore the meaning of your selection, unveiling the energetic and emotional patterns at play in your life.

    For those who wish to deepen their integration, there is an optional opportunity to work with the spiritual alchemy of a chosen Equilibrium bottle, using bespoke alchemic processes and homeopathic principles to support energetic alignment. This may include applying the essence to the physical or energetic body as part of your ongoing practice. Please note that Equilibrium bottles are sold separately.

Somatic Processing

Somatic Processing is a guided, body-oriented approach to release stuck energy and dis-ease from the body and build the capacity for joy, pleasure, and the ability to thrive. We do this through guiding clients through the channels of awareness; Mind, Imagination, Posture, Sensation, and Emotion. Getting in touch with the nervous system allows you more access to the primal body and unconscious mind.

We encourage clients to find a healthy pulse in their nervous system and from that well-resourced space invite what the body already knows to the surface; often leading to the completion and release of tension, stress, or instincts that were thwarted due to experiences or trauma.  

These sessions offer us a nervous system reset and the ability to expand our capacity to thrive.

    We will first work to learn about your specific nervous system patterning through your ability to titrate the system and map the channels of awareness. Honoring your unique system, we will encourage the body to resource and release held energetics.

    This experience is much like an active guided meditation. While I offer supportive prompting, your nervous system is the guide and we only act in ways that support your body’s language and instincts.

    This is a great session to let the body lead you to restoration.
