Join us for Casual | Ritual Circle, where we gather every other Thursday to foster connections through conversation, spirituality, and personal growth. We rotate between “Casual” Circles and “Ritual” Experiences.
In our 'Casual' sessions, we flow more intuitively, allowing space for shared insights and organic conversation based on group prompts or themes, in contrast to the more structured frameworks of our 'Ritual' experiences.
March Casual Circle:
BITTER TEA CEREMONY
Thursday, March 5, 6:30-8:00pm
Join us for a Bitter Tea Ceremony, a unique women's circle for meeting anger, frustration, and rage head on. This 90-minute gathering offers a sacred space to “spill the tea” on what’s been weighing heavily on your heart and mind. what has been simmering beneathe the surface.
Through guided sharing, somatic practices, and a symbolic tea ritual, we will allow these emotions to process. Experience a supportive community where your emotions are honored, and discover the healing power of collective expression.
This is a space where nothing needs to be cleaned up or made palatable. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more settled in your body, with the relief that comes from finally letting the pressure release.
What to Bring:
Please bring a journal & something to write with
Wear comfortable clothes for floor sitting and somatic practices

To safely express frustration, irritation, and rage in a structured, supported environment

As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:
+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.

This Circle centers the experience of women. It is open to all individuals who identify as women or align with the experience of women, including trans women and non-binary individuals who feel connected to this space.
