June Ritual Circle:

Candlelit Yin: A Journey into Self-Compassion with Lee Schardein

Thursday, June 26, 6:30 pm at KOZY.

Join us for a nourishing evening of gentle movement, restorative yin postures, breathwork, and mantra, all bathed in the soft glow of candlelight. As the summer sun lingers long into the evening, we’ll turn inward, creating space for softness and tender presence.

This circle is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the heart. Through extended holds, guided pranayama, and the vibration of healing mantra, we’ll cultivate a deep sense of self-compassion, offering ourselves the same kindness we so often extend to others.

All are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling more whole.
