Casual | Ritual is a bi-monthly gathering for those interested in connecting through conversation, spirituality, and self-development. Once a month, we bring in a guest practitioner for our community to experience.

Softening into the Shift with Maria Davis of Kindling Art Studios

As summer fades and autumn quietly approaches, we’re invited to slow down and soften into the in-between.

In this gentle Ritual Circle, we’ll explore the emotional and creative space between seasons through grounding breathwork, reflective journaling, and intuitive watercolor.

You’ll be guided to tune into what’s ready to be released and what wants to take root, using color and movement as tools for inner connection.

No artistic experience needed.

This Circle centers the experience of women. It is open to all individuals who identify as women or align with the experience of women, including trans women and non-binary individuals who feel connected to this space.
