What is Aura-Soma?
Aura-Soma is a color-based system that works with light, plant extracts, and crystal energies to support balance and awareness within the body and energy field. Color functions as frequency, and the nervous system responds in a direct, embodied way. In this work, color is used both as gentle support for the system and as a reflective tool, offering insight into what the body is responding to in the present moment.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
You’ll begin by intuitively selecting four equilibrium bottles from the shelf.
Based on your selections and their order, Erica will then guide you through their meanings, archetypes, and messages. Some compare experiences like this to a Tarot reading, but here you’re choosing based on an innate draw towards color. Each one reflects a different aspect of your current experience — including where you’ve been, where you are now, and what may be emerging.
Rather than assigning meaning to you, we explore what your selections reveal through gentle, reflective conversation. Often, what surfaces feels familiar, while offering greater clarity and perspective.
WHAT ARE THE EQUILIBRIUM BOTTLES
Dual-colored bottles that carry specific color frequencies and symbolic meaning.
Each one carries a different energy, archetype, or message. Erica is trained in the deeper knowledge of each bottle and will translate their meanings to you during your session.
