When people gather together in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
Casual | Ritual
Casual | Ritual Circle is a biweekly gathering centered on connection, presence, and shared reflection. We meet every other Thursday and rotate between two experiences: Casual Circles and Ritual Circles.
Casual Circles are guided by Erica and focus on open conversation, gentle prompts, and somatic awareness. These evenings are spacious and intuitive, allowing the group to shape the experience through honest sharing and attentive listening.
Ritual Circles are led by guest practitioners and offer a more structured experience. Each ritual is designed around a specific theme or modality, such as movement, sound, or ceremony, and provides a guided pathway for exploration.
At the heart of Casual | Ritual is community. These gatherings are a reminder that we are not meant to move through life alone. Each circle offers a place to slow down, be witnessed as you are, and connect in meaningful ways.

While every gathering is unique, you can expect a thoughtfully held environment that values presence, respect, and authentic connection.
Circles may include guided prompts, conversation, reflection, embodied practices, or ritual elements, depending on the offering.
There is always room to participate at your own pace. Listening is just as valued as speaking, and there is no expectation to share more than feels right for you.

ReWILD
ReWILD is a movement meditation where we explore somatic processing through the rhythms and sensations of the body.
Through movement, we activate our central channel, fostering harmony within the nervous system and reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom.
This signature method begins with rhythms of contemporary music, guiding us into an intuitive dance experience. You are invited to move in ways that feel nourishing, expressive, wild, and tender. Rhythm becomes a place to release stored energy, melt tension, and return to the pulse of your own embodied truth.
From there, we weave in the art of Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM). This guided, floor-based exploration invites organic, non-habitual movement, allowing the body to speak without choreography or expectation. We slow down. We listen. We follow sensation rather than form, reconnecting with parts of ourselves that often go unnoticed in daily life.
In this practice, we leave the mind behind and listen to the wisdom of the body. By slowing down and surrendering, we cultivate presence and deepen our connection to our authentic, embodied self.
ReWILD is a celebration of femininity, freedom, self-expression, and the journey back to the wild within. It offers an inclusive space to explore movement, sensation, and self-trust without pressure or expectation.
