Join us for Casual | Ritual Circle, where we gather every other Thursday to foster connections through conversation, spirituality, and personal growth. We rotate between “Casual” Circles and “Ritual” Experiences.
In our 'Casual' sessions, we flow more intuitively, allowing space for shared insights and organic conversation based on group prompts or themes, in contrast to the more structured frameworks of our 'Ritual' experiences.
Casual | Ritual: Tea & Tend
An Evening of Tenderness, Reflection, and Connection
Thursday, April 2, 6:30-8:00pm
Tea & Tend is a cozy gathering where we slow down, share space, and tend to the quieter parts of ourselves that often get overlooked in daily life.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the theme of tenderness. Through gentle reflection, group conversation, and a guided somatic meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to listen inward and notice what parts of you may be asking for a little more care right now. The evening also includes a simple self-tending ritual offering a quiet moment to experience compassion through touch and presence.
Tea & Tend Circles are about real connection to self and others. However, there is no pressure to share more than you wish. Many people find that simply listening, witnessing others, and being held in community can be deeply nourishing.
We’ll close the evening with a self-love affirmation card, offering each participant a small message to carry forward.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little softer, a little more connected, and reminded that you don’t have to hold everything alone.
What to Bring:
- Come casual. Sweats, comfy clothes, and cozy layers are welcome
- Feel free to bring any fave blankets or pillows to keep the vibes extra cozy.
- If you feel up to it, bring a snack to share, savory or sweet! (Tea will be provided!)
What to Expect:
• Gentle opening reflections to help you arrive and connect with the group
• A guided somatic awareness meditation to listen inward and notice what parts of you may be asking for tenderness
• Meaningful group conversation and shared witnessing in a supportive environment
• A simple self-tending ritual through guided hand massage
• A self-love affirmation card to close the evening and offer a message to carry forward
No prior experience with meditation or somatic practices is needed. You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you.
Why Join?
Tea & Tend is for anyone who feels called to slow down and spend an evening in thoughtful conversation and quiet reflection.
This circle may be especially meaningful if you are:
• craving deeper connection and community
• feeling a need for gentleness or emotional support
• curious about somatic awareness and self-reflection practices
• looking for a calm, welcoming space to reconnect with yourself
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Listening and simply being present is always enough.
As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:
+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
This event is $10. Secure your spot here.
If you feel called to join, we meet at 6:30-8:00 pm at Guided Place x KOZY, 213 Pearl Street in New Albany.
Come Casual. Come as you are.
