Casual | Ritual
Casual | Ritual is a bi-monthly gathering for those drawn to connection, spirituality, and self-development. Each month, we welcome a guest practitioner to share their gifts and perspective with our community.
Breath of the Wild with Nicole Bartlett
Thursday, August 6th | 6:30-8:00 PM
Guided Place at The Kula Center
Join guest community practitioner Nicole Bartlett for an evening of intentional breath, presence, and restoration.
Our breath is one of the few things we carry with us every moment of every day, yet many of us rarely pause long enough to be with it. In this Casual | Ritual gathering, Nicole will guide you through a gentle breathwork experience designed to help quiet mental noise, release accumulated tension, and reconnect you with yourself.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, this evening offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the restorative power of conscious breathing in community.
What to Expect:
This Casual | Ritual gathering includes approximately one hour of guided breathwork, along with time before and after the practice to settle in, reflect, and integrate your experience.
Nicole will gently guide the group through an intentional breathing practice while encouraging you to honor your own body and comfort level throughout. No prior experience is necessary.
Afterward, there will be quiet time for integration before returning to the rest of your evening.
What to Bring:
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable resting on the floor.
Yoga mat
Blanket and bolsters (will be available onsite)
Water bottle
Journal and pen
Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
After the class, we encourage you to leave yourself a little extra time if possible. Many participants appreciate a slower pace following breathwork to allow space for reflection and integration.
Why join?
Many people find that intentional breathing brings greater awareness to their stress patterns, personal limits, and inner resources, creating space for more intentional decision-making and communication.
Whether you're looking to slow down, reconnect with yourself, or simply experience something new, this evening offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and explore what becomes possible when you give yourself space to listen.
