In our 'Casual' sessions, we flow more intuitively, allowing space for shared insights and organic conversation based on group prompts or themes, in contrast to the more structured frameworks of our 'Ritual' experiences.

Join us for Casual | Ritual: The Compass Within, an evening of reflection, alignment, and embodied intention as we explore the values that guide us through life.
Our core values are more than words. They are the quiet truths that shape our choices, anchor us in uncertainty, and remind us of what truly matters. In this circle, you’ll be guided through a process of discovering, defining, and aligning with your core values, not as abstract ideals but as living principles that can ground and guide your next season of life.
Through journaling, conversation, and a closing ritual, you’ll uncover which values are fully expressed in your life and which are asking for your attention. You’ll leave with a tangible “Values Vow,” a simple written practice to help you stay connected to what matters most.
This circle is an invitation to listen inward, clarify your direction, and reconnect with the compass within.

Erica will lead you through an interactive process using a Values Deck to identify and refine your core values.
Through writing and group dialogue, you’ll explore the meaning each value holds for you personally and how to bring it to life through intentional action. We’ll close the evening with a ritual, honoring your discoveries with intention and embodied awareness.

+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead, to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
